The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Cabinet Installer / Home Finisher to join our team in Sussex New Brunswick. This is a hands-on role focused on installing kitchens and completing interior finishing work to a high standard of quality and consistency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work takes pride in clean finishes and wants the stability of indoor year-round construction without travel between job sites.
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Installing kitchen cabinets countertops islands and hardware
- Installing interior trim doors baseboards and finishing details
- Reading drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate installation
- Measuring leveling fastening and adjusting cabinetry and components
- Using hand tools and power tools (saws drills nailers levels etc.)
- Completing touch-ups adjustments and final fit-and-finish work
- Working alongside carpenters electricians and other production teams
- Identifying deficiencies or defects and correcting them as required
- Maintaining a clean organized and safe work area
- Following production schedules and quality standards
What youll need
Qualifications
- Experience installing kitchens cabinetry or interior finishing in residential construction or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finishing work
- Comfortable working with measurements layouts and drawings
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting bending and standing for long periods
- Experience using hand and power tools safely
- Reliable punctual and able to work in a team environment
