Job Summary

Role Overview

The Senior Service Designer will lead service discovery and design activities for Workflow Services including facilitating workshops developing service blueprints and user journey maps and defining future-state Single Digital Gateway (SDG)-aligned workflows. The role will work collaboratively with product UX development and platform teams to ensure workflow designs are reusable scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.

Demonstrated Experience
  • Minimum 7 years experience within the last 10 years in human-centered service design.

  • Demonstrated experience with complex government or enterprise platforms.

  • Expertise in journey mapping service blueprints co-design and facilitation.

  • Strong experience working within agile delivery models.

  • Experience with FigJam Miro Figma or similar tools.

Preferred Experience

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Experience designing services that integrate across enterprise common platforms.
