Job Title: Registered Nurse Manager-Clinical Ops Supervisor
Location: Calabasas CA.
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 7:00am to 3:00pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning organizing and directing all activities of the facility according to its policies procedures philosophy and objectives. Participates in financial clinical and cost-containment decisions. Ensures that the facility meets all related local state federal and accrediting-body rules and regulations. Serves as internal risk manager. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the environment of care personnel materials/equipment education of personnel and clinical and administrative duties. Coordinates and directs patient care in the facility according to adopted policies and procedures state and federal regulations and accepted accreditation standards. Promotes a favorable image of the facility to physicians patients insurance companies and the general public.
Required:
* 4 years of healthcare leadership experience
* 2 years of financial management experience
* HSD/GED
* CA RN license
* BLS/ACLS (AHA or ARC only)
* Surgery center experience
* Schedule flexibility to meet program needs including some weekend availability
Preferred:
* BSN or Masters in Nursing or Healthcare Admin
* Interest in temp to perm
* Experience with compliance and local state and federal accreditation
