3-5 Must Haves	Level III Minimum 6 to 10 years experience designing or configuring systems and/or applications * Strong background in manual testing with experience in test architecture or QA leadership roles * Experience balancing priorities managing deliverables and driving clarity in complex environments * Expertise in JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian suite) for documentation and test management * Understanding of RESTful services API request/response validation (using tools like Postman or cURL) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to lead through influence and collaboration * Comfortable supporting both API (-70%) and UI (-30%) testing efforts * Proven ability to navigate technical and business discussions with confidence and diplomacy
