- Read and comprehend hydraulic test reports and parameters in conjunction with material classification to confirm correct results.
- Interpret EBZs for plugs and port block orientation.
- Confirm work order packet contents are complete and pertain to pumps/motors.
- Torques of various bolts according to specifications.
- Use SAP for various confirmations and fact gathering.
- Familiar with the use of DSB ATR and WINDRUCK.
- Licensed PIT operator or willing to obtain a license for PIT operation.
- Material movement throughout VO operations.
- Use Bill of Material and Rex PWO system to verify components
- Complete and maintain records/paperwork as required.
- Daily communication with team collecting and interpreting data.
- Support VO assembly/testing
Qualifications :
- EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience with AK pump product
- Experience with assembly and test preferred
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend blueprints or other instructional material (technical drawings and BOMs).
- Demonstrated ability to accurately follow. without deviation. defined work instructions
- Must be able to analyze and interpret hydraulic test results
- Must exercise care in handling parts to prevent damage
- Use proper tools and gauges to insure compliance of product /Must use inspection equipment and gauges as required
- Must utilize setup. process and quality assurance documentation in order to assure the quality of product
- Proficiency with the Windows operating system
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel. Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Basic hydraulic knowledge
- Have the ability to remain focused in a highly detailed environment.
- Repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs. frequently lift 26-50 lbs
