Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures including angiography angioplasty and pacemaker insertions.
Operate cath lab equipment such as fluoroscopy systems hemodynamic monitors and intra-aortic balloon pumps.
Prepare and maintain sterile fields administer contrast media and monitor patient vitals throughout procedures.
Document procedures accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation safety standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience in a hospital acute or rehab setting.
