Role Summary: A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a shareholder-level attorney with substantial experience in traditional labor law. This is an opportunity for a senior practitioner to develop lead and expand traditional labor capabilities across diverse industries and geographic markets.
Key Responsibilities: -
Advise employers on all aspects of traditional labor law including union avoidance organizing campaigns collective bargaining grievance arbitration and NLRB matters.

Represent management in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board labor arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations.

Maintain and grow a portable book of business while developing new client relationships.

Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups and office locations on complex labor matters.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys within the Labor & Employment practice.
Qualifications: -
Minimum 10 years of experience practicing traditional labor law representing employers.

Admission to practice in the state where the attorney will be based.

Portable book of business required.

Strong experience in labor strategy negotiations and collective bargaining preferred.

Excellent communication client service and relationship-building skills.
