Job Summary

Overview

As a Hospice Registered Nurse with our client you will collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding patient care. You will support patients in Saginaw and surrounding areas ensuring critical deadlines are met for charting.

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
Collaborate with the care team
Support patients in Traverse City and surrounding areas
Meet critical deadlines for charting

Schedule and Shift Details
At least 4 shifts per month 2 being on weekends

Qualifications

Required

Associate degree or higher
Hospice (2 years)
1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan (MI)
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
Are you okay with the required travel for this position
Valid RN Compact License

Preferred
