About the Opportunity
A mission-driven healthcare organization in Los Angeles is seeking a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient clinic setting serving underserved communities. This role offers strong clinical autonomy a supportive interdisciplinary care team and a balanced patient load.

What Youll Be Doing
Provide full-scope Womens Health primary care in an outpatient setting
Conduct wellness exams preventive screenings and follow-up visits
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with physicians social workers and specialty providers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality initiatives
Deliver patient-centered culturally competent care

Qualifications
Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
Active NP or PA license
Minimum 1 year of post-certification clinical experience
Experience in primary care or womens health preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Passion for serving underserved or community-based populations

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $130000 $180000 annually
Balanced patient volume: approximately 20 24 patients per day
No night shifts or weekend call
