Job Summary

Value Technology is Looking for Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Analyst with strong domain knowledge in pharmaceuticals / biotech / medical devices to support and enhance Salesforce-based commercial and medical solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into functional designs supporting implementations and ensuring compliance with Life Sciences regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
• Gather analyze and document business requirements for Life Sciences use cases.
• Configure and support Salesforce Health Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Veeva CRM (if applicable).

Support Life Sciences processes including:

• Sales & Territory Management
• HCP / HCO Management
• Sample Management
• Call Planning & Reporting
• Consent & Compliance Tracking
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD) BRDs user stories and acceptance criteria.

Ensure solutions align with Life Sciences compliance standards such as:

• FDA regulations
• 21 CFR Part 11
• HIPAA
• GxP validation requirements
• Collaborate with QA teams on UAT planning test scenarios and defect resolution.
• Support data migration integration and reporting using Salesforce tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Provide end-user training documentation and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong Life Sciences domain experience (Pharma Biotech Medical Devices).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects fields flows reports dashboards).
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM or Life Sciences-specific Salesforce solutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences compliance and validation processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Admin BA Health Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft APIs).
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
• Exposure to commercial operations and medical affairs workflows.
