Job Summary
Physical Therapist (outpatient)- Rolla MO
Full time permanent onsite role.
Salary - $83000 to $95000/ year
2 year commitment on $15000 sign on bonus
Must-Haves
Must obtain PT License in Missouri
Doctorate degree from accredited
CPR Certified Certification
Must obtain PT License in Missouri

Nice-To-Haves
Hospital experience in Acute or Rehab setting
Schedule: 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday - Friday DAYS
What will you do in this role:
Put your physical therapy skills to work where theyre really needed - evaluate a patients condition develop a treatment plan and help them get better day by day. Youll also instruct the nursing staff and the patients families on follow-through programs that build on the progress theyve made
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory licensing payer and accrediting requirements
Instruct patients family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Companys Code of Business Conduct the Corporate Compliance Agreement appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws
Other duties as assigned
