Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient assignment in Bad Axe MI.
This role focuses on helping patients restore mobility reduce pain and regain independence through individualized one-on-one care.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Utilize therapeutic exercise manual therapy and modalities

Assist patients recovering from injury surgery or chronic conditions
-
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
-
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements

Active Michigan PT License
-
BLS Certification (AHA)
-
Minimum 1 year of PT experience (acute swing bed or outpatient)

Strong clinical and communication skills

Outpatient setting with one-on-one patient care
