Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract at a highly rated retirement community in New Oxford PA.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work across skilled nursing personal care and independent living settings focusing on improving mobility safety and quality of life for older adults.
Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and provide individualized physical therapy treatments

Develop and implement care plans focused on mobility safety and independence
-
Treat residents across multiple levels of care (SNF personal care independent living)
-
Collaborate with rehab team nursing staff and interdisciplinary partners
-
Document care using Net Health EMR (training available)
-
Support a resident-centered and team-oriented care environment
Requirements
-
Active Pennsylvania PT License
-
CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
-
Experience in senior care / SNF / geriatric settings preferred
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Compassionate patient-focused approach
Assignment Details
-
40 hours per week MondayFriday schedule
-
13-week contract (ASAP start)
-
Work across a continuum of care setting
-
Fast-paced but supportive rehab environment
Additional Requirements
-
Two-step PPD or TB test within 30 days of start
-
Background check and fingerprinting required
-
Physical exam required prior to start
-
COVID vaccination or approved exemption
