Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Perform MRI imaging procedures with a focus on neuro abdominal and musculoskeletal studies primarily supporting oncology cases.
- Work a block schedule: Thursday Saturday 7:00PM 7:30AM (night shifts).
- Manage both inpatient and outpatient imaging for adolescent adult and geriatric populations.
- Complete an average of 35 40 cases per day.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic documentation and PACS for imaging management.
- Operate Siemens MRI equipment.
- Required to have at least 2 years of MRI experience ARRT certification BLS certification and a valid Ohio State License.
- Demonstrate proficiency in imaging various anatomical regions: abdomen pelvis chest brain face/neck hip knee and shoulder.
- Experience working in Adult ICU Adult Outpatient and Pediatric Acute Care settings.
- Perform specialized imaging procedures including:
- Fusion (non-brain)
- Gradient Echo Imaging
- Image Post-Processing (ADC mapping subtraction)
- Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP)
- Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP)
- Perfusion and Spectroscopy
- Spin Echo T1 & T2 Weighted Imaging
- Surface Coils utilization
- Spine Imaging (cervical lumbar thoracic)
- Ensure quality patient care and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
