Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery and research through high fidelity design and delivery
Translate complex business requirements into simple intuitive user experiences
Conduct and synthesize user research usability testing and stakeholder feedback
Define and maintain design systems style guides and reusable components
Partner with Product Managers Business Analysts Architects and Developers to ensure design feasibility and quality
Present design concepts and design rationale to senior stakeholders and clients

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Experience with version control systems such as Git
Ability to balance user needs business goals and technical constraints
Experience with digital transformation or legacy modernization (preferred)
Experience mentoring or leading design teams (preferred)
