Location: Newton NC
Duration: 12 Months

Maximum Submissions per Supplier: 15
Note: The first 4-6 weeks of assignment will be training on the floor in shifts 7 AM to 7 PM. After training is complete assignment will be M-F: 8-5. However occasional overtime and after-hours support can be expected to make required progress of the project. - Ability to conduct root cause analysis using structured methodologies
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with FMEA Six Sigma DOE DMAIC Fishbone or similar tools
- Experience training operators and supporting equipment setup
- Familiarity with audits and inspections
- Willingness to travel between sites
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform installation operational and performance qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Ensure equipment compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
- Document qualification results deviations and corrective actions
- Conduct equipment testing calibration and performance troubleshooting
- Support audits and inspections related to equipment qualification
- Collaborate with engineering maintenance and quality teams to support equipment reliability
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or related technical field
- 1 3 years of experience in equipment qualification or a related role
- Knowledge of industrial equipment operation and diagnostics
- Strong analytical communication and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and in team-based environments
Work Environment:
- Laboratory manufacturing or cleanroom environments
- Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Physically able to handle equipment and perform inspections
