Make outbound/inbound calls to promote insurance products (LifeInsurance )
Explain policy features benefits and premiums to customers
Generate leads and close sales over the phone
Maintain customer records and follow up for renewals
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide basic policy support
