About the Role
The client is seeking a Senior ITSM Specialist to support project and portfolio delivery within the Health Services Cluster Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. This role provides hands on IT service management and project coordination support across technology initiatives including radio and telephony related projects under the PSRN solution.
Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers and Portfolio Leads with day to day project coordination and administration
-
Track project activities issues risks and action items and ensure timely follow up
-
Maintain and update detailed project schedules using MS Project Online
-
Prepare and maintain project artefacts including status reports scorecards briefing notes and presentations
-
Facilitate meetings document minutes and coordinate follow ups with stakeholders
-
Perform data analysis using Excel and contribute to management reporting
-
Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to support integrated project delivery
-
Ensure project documentation is complete accurate and submitted on time
Mandatory Skills and Experience
Service Management and Coordination
-
3 to 5 years of experience in I&IT Service Management
-
Strong experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project
-
Experience with incident and change management
-
Proficiency in MS Project Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio
-
Experience working independently and with both business and technology teams
-
Working knowledge of ITIL methodology
Communication and Relationship Management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Proven experience creating project artefacts such as risk and issue logs status reports and presentations
-
Strong stakeholder engagement facilitation and consultation skills
Analytical and Problem Solving

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

Experience gathering and analyzing data to support scope schedule and cost decisions

Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
