Job Summary

Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital is adding to its Neurology practice to serve our growing patient network. We are seeking 1 Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist to join our team.

Schedule is 7a-7p Wednesday - Tuesday (7 on 7 off). Dates to be determined hoping for an April start date. 120 days to credential.

Inpatient coverage
Reason for Coverage: Lack of physicians
Practice is all ADULT no Pediatric Practice.
Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: varies but volumes are low.
Other Neurologists will be Present During Locums Assignment.
Available Physicians in the Group: 2
Advanced Practice Providers in the Group: 1
With X-Ray and Lab Onsite
Documentation System/EMR: Epic

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car
*Please note: Mount Carmel does not reimburse for medical staff fees

Rates to submit:
Malpractice - included in rates
Orientation - per hour to cover orientation/training
Daily - to cover 12 hours coverage
Overtime - 1.5x
Holiday - 1.5x
Conversion Rate Cap $25K

Requirement description : ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED (Board Certified is PREFERRED)
OH license - REQUIRED not accepting IMLC due to cred timeline
BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
Clean background - no malpractice - REQUIRED no exceptions
