3-5 Must Haves	5 years of enterprise tooling experience (internal apps vs. marketing/ecomm sites) ideally within supply chain inventory fulfillment or operations domains. Strong technical experience demonstrating systems thinking around complex systems and understanding how they integrate/interact. Proven ability to clarify ambiguous asks run requirement-gathering conversations with internal associates and convert them into actionable flows/wireframes. Strong portfolio showing enterprise UI patterns (tables nested tables dashboards multi-step workflows) and measurable impact on operational outcomes. Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent) and UX delivery artifacts (flows IA wireframes interactive prototypes) for complex internal systems.
