Our Marketing and Loyalty team is the strategic force behind Uniteds industry-leading brand and experience supporting revenue growth by turning customers into lifelong United flyers. Our marketing communications market research and brand teams drive travelers familiarity and engagement with the United brand. To further this mission we are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Marketing Operations team and support our campaign operations. The individual will be responsible for creating managing and delivering audience data for marketing campaigns across our marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Build data extensions and write queries to create audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Develop and manage data processes and workflows including ad-hoc processes and automated triggers
Create and monitor data pipelines for marketing campaigns and providing optimized solutions for existing data process flows
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience inmarketingoperations and / orcampaignmanagement
Experience in Amazon redshift and writing complex SQL for data segmentation and extraction
Experience working with Databricks with proficiency in writing PySpark code to build data pipelines and API feeds
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
