has a client in Deerfield Beach FL that is seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables

The Project Manager will define project tasks and resource requirements

Develop full scale project plans

Establish and coordinate project teams

Plan and schedule project timelines

Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning

Efficiently identify project issues and develop issue resolution action plans

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and adhering to project methodology

Direct and oversee project team and manage conflicts within group

Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable

Ensure quality assurance

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

The Project Manager will develop and present reports defining project progress problems and solutions

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business or related field required * Certified Scrum Master or equivalent * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification * 5 years of experience in working on projects/Scrum teams * Advanced knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies * Must possess a strong presence polish and exude confidence * Demonstrate leadership by leading the planning and implementation of a project * Demonstrate strong organizational presentation and communication skills * Effective written and oral communication skills * Good critical thinking and decision-making skills * Good problem solving negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Excellent servant leadership and change leadership skills * Excellent planning and coordination skills * Comfortable dealing with ambiguity * Demonstrate emotional intelligence * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word Excel PowerPoint Visio MSProject and Azure DevOps * Familiar with SDLC concepts * Ability to work onsite at least 3 days/week in Deerfield Beach FL
