We are seeking a passionate and experienced DevOps Engineer to drive next-generation application architecture within the Compliance Technology space for a leading global financial institution. This role focuses on building and operating a state-of-the-art AI model deployment and execution platform leveraging modern cloud DevOps and big data technologies.

You will work in a collaborative cross-functional agile environment and act as the DevOps and Azure Cloud Subject Matter Expert within the development team.

• Design implement and deliver high-quality DevOps solutions for AI model deployment and execution platforms.

• Build and maintain CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) pipelines using tools such as GitLab Azure DevOps and Terraform.

• Act as the Azure Cloud expert for the development team and coordinate with Azure Cloud and SRE teams.

• Drive automation initiatives for development workflows infrastructure provisioning and release processes.

• Ensure seamless continuous integration deployment and release management practices.

• Collaborate with global IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile delivery model.

• Review user stories platform designs and contribute to development within Agile frameworks.

• DevOps tools: GitLab Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

• Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake AKS)

• Kubernetes

• Spark / Databricks

• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

• Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies

• Programming experience in Java Scala or Python

• Experience with Postgres

• Exposure to Big Data AI/ML platforms

• Background in Compliance and Risk domain

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering software in large-scale IT environments

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a global cross-functional team

• Proactive resilient and self-driven team player

You will be part of a fast-growing Data Analytics & Reporting team within Compliance Technology. The team builds data reporting and analytics solutions on top of a big data platform working closely with business and engineering stakeholders globally.
