Job Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Specialized Developer Telecom Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialized Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow TSM or ITSM/CSM and TSOM or ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will independently own development activities guide technical architecture and mentor team members. Experience with Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI Orchestration along with exposure to the Telecom domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute ServiceNow development tasks independently across assigned modules.
Design and implement technical solutions based on business analyst (BA) requirements.
Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor junior team members.
Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices.
Implement and manage integrations using REST SOAP and Kafka.
Leverage Now Assist GenAI features and implement Agentic AI Orchestration using Now Assist Skill Kit.
Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure optimal platform usage across ServiceNow releases.
Work in an Agile environment contributing to sprint planning user stories and reviews.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.

Mandatory Skills

ServiceNow development experience in TSM or ITSM/CSM and TSOM or ITOM.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Scoped Applications
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- ServiceNow Scripting
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST SOAP Kafka).
Hands-on experience with Now Assist GenAI.
Experience in Agentic AI Orchestration using Now Assist Skill Kit.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) JIRA and Confluence.

Desired Skills

Exposure to Telecom domain including:
- TAM & SID frameworks
- Telecom services such as Voice Broadband VPN (wired & wireless)
Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
