Job Summary
| Job Description: | Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance 1 4 years of relevant accounting experience (hotel / hospitality preferred) Working knowledge of MIRS (mandatory) Good understanding of general accounting principles Strong skills in reconciliation and financial analysis Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Pivot Tables preferred) High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Experience Prior experience with Marriott Finance or Shared Services Exposure to hospitality accounting revenue audit or hotel finance systems Experience working in contractual or project-based finance roles Onsite / Hybrid (as applicable) Shift timings 5:30 Pm -2:30 Am. |
