Job Summary

- Minimum 5 years experience in machine learning engineering and AI development
- Expertise in a broad range of machine learning algorithms (supervised unsupervised deep learning reinforcement learning etc.)
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) including language models text generation and sentiment analysis
- Deep understanding of generative AI concepts (text/image/audio synthesis diffusion models transformers)
- Proven skills in Agentic AI including building real-world applications and working with frameworks like Langgraph ADK Autogen
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying generative AI applications (e.g. conversational AI image synthesis)
- Experience with MLOps including model deployment pipelines monitoring and maintenance
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Skilled with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) for scalable ML solution deployment
- Experience in data processing feature engineering and training models on large datasets
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices ethics model governance and risk mitigation
- Understanding of software engineering best practices for ML systems
- Familiarity with agile development environments
- Experience using tools/frameworks for monitoring and analyzing ML model performance
- Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Statistics Mathematics or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic project requirements
