Job Description:
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercises modalities and functional training to patients
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and report progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist
- Prepare patients and treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises and proper use of equipment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records
- Ensure adherence to safety infection control and patient care standards
- Assist with patient mobility transfers and positioning
- Maintain and clean therapy equipment
