Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate endtoend Gen2 onboarding activities
- Provide hightouch whiteglove support for large enterprise customers WebXT Office
- Partner with engineering and vendor teams to track progress and remove blockers
- Maintain onboarding playbooks checklists and communication workflows
- Analyze telemetry to quantify issues and measure customer impact
- Build customer funnel visibility progress tracking and migration analytics
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership insights
- Support continuous improvement of data quality and reporting automation
Required Skills Experience
- 57 years in Program Management Customer Success or Operations
- Strong analytics skills across telemetry KPIs and customer signals
- Excellent communication and crossteam coordination abilities
- Experience working with vendor teams and multiworkstream programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in cloud platforms migrations or SaaS onboarding
- Proficiency in analytics tools Excel Power BI
