Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Nursing Facility Contract Quick Start

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This is a quick-start opportunity ideal for nurses with prior long-term care experience who value teamwork adaptability and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
Assess plan implement and evaluate resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor residents conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Promote a safe supportive and respectful environment for residents and staff

Required Qualifications:

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Reliable attendance strong organizational skills and professionalism

Additional Requirements:
