Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a combined Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit setting. This night-shift role requires strong critical-thinking skills the ability to manage acute and emergent patient conditions and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to emergency and critically ill patients.
Perform rapid assessments triage and interventions in emergency situations.
Monitor assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Administer medications initiate IV therapy and operate critical care equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
Accurately document patient care using the EMR system.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies procedures and patient safety standards.

Shift & Schedule:

Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Three 12-hour shifts per week
36 hours per week guaranteed
Holiday coverage required

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of recent ER and/or ICU nursing experience.
Active California RN license (required).
Strong clinical skills in emergency and critical care settings.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Certifications Required:

BLS and ACLS (required)

Additional Requirements:

Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months prior to contract start.
Experience with CPSI/Evident EMR preferred.
