Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM OTL) Functional

Required Skills

10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Time and Labor.
Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Time and Labor Payroll Absence Management and Core HR.
Strong understanding of time rules overtime calculations shift differentials approvals and labor costing.
Hands-on experience with UAT payroll parallel testing and production support.

Work Site: Dallas TX / Remote with Travel up to 25%

Duration: 10 Months
