Position Purpose:
Veolia Water M&S (Paramus) Inc. seeks a Cloud Product Manager in Paramus NJ to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and assess the demand for cloud services.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Define manage and execute the cloud product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs and customer feedback.
- Oversee the delivery and deployment of cloud services ensuring alignment with product requirements and timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects engineers and operations to ensure successful product implementation and delivery.
- Manage the product backlog grooming and prioritizing user stories and requirements.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on cloud product performance adoption and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization based on usage data and customer feedback.
- Serve as the voice of the customer advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and problem solve the customers needs and pain points.
- Create and deliver presentations and updates to business and technical leaders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to matrix-reporting team members while coordinating with their direct managers.
- Lead and mentor assigned team members in product development methodologies and best practices.
- Drive accountability for project deliverables while respecting existing reporting structures.
- Ensure clear alignment of goals and objectives across the matrix organization.
Work Environment:
- Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting must report/appear into/at Veolia offices in Paramus NJ.
Qualifications :
Education/Experience/Background:
- The position requires a Bachelors Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science Engineering (any) Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelors Degree experience in a related technology-related occupation.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Five (5) years experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Five (5) years experience managing complex products or services from ideation to delivery.
- Five (5) years experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering operations and business stakeholders.
- Five (5) years experience with cloud computing concepts architectures and best practices.
- Five (5) years experience product management including requirements gathering prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Five (5) years experience translating technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Five (5) years experience with cloud service delivery models (IaaS PaaS SaaS).
- Five (5) years experience with cloud governance security and compliance requirements.
- Five (5) years experience with cloud cost optimization strategies and financial management.
- Five (5) years experience managing teams in a matrix organization structure.
Additional Information :
Pay Range: $155591.80 to $175591.80 Per Year.
