About the Role

Are you driven by results and motivated by earning potential-but dont want to be stuck behind a desk all day This is a high-impact sales role for professionals who thrive on building relationships closing deals and growing accounts in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Youll own the full sales cycle develop new client relationships expand existing accounts and represent a respected staffing brand built on ethics performance and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue prospective clients who can benefit from staffing solutions
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing
  • Conduct outbound phone calls and in-person client visits
  • Build strong relationships with community organizations and local businesses
  • Expand and grow existing client accounts
  • Present staffing solutions aligned with market trends and client needs
  • Conduct quality reviews and ensure contract compliance
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
  • Meet or exceed activity and revenue KPIs
  • Promote a culture of accountability grit and results

Sales KPIs

  • 75 outbound calls per week
  • 50 field activities per week (drops visits meetings)
  • Prospect meetings:
    • 0 6 months tenure: 3 per week
    • 6 months tenure: 5 per week (minimum 2 pre-scheduled)
  • Client visits: Minimum 1 visit per month per active client
  • New accounts: 2 closed per month

Commission Structure (Uncapped)

  • Paid on new and existing temporary gross profit (GP) plus direct hire & conversions
  • 10% GP on self-generated business
  • 4% GP on house accounts
  • Target: $3000 GP per week by end of Year 1

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to clearly articulate success stories
  • Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of grit resilience and comfort with rejection
  • Competitive motivated and goal-oriented-without being aggressive
  • Collaborative team player

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Prior staffing industry experience (higher compensation considered)
  • Background in insurance sales membership sales or high-volume B2B sales
  • Experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles
  • Strong networking and community engagement skills
  • Self-starter mentality with ownership of results
