Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- 12-week extension assignment for a current traveler (Chadwick Scott).
- Position requires a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist.
- Must have broad and current experience in Ortho Neuro Vascular and other specialties.
- Minimal requested time off (RTO) is preferred; candidates with less RTO prioritized.
- Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week (options: three 12-hour shifts four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts; shift times negotiable).
- Required to take call approximately every 5th weekend and 1-2 call shifts per week (split between Call 1 and Call 2).
- All call shifts require a 30-minute response time from call to arrival on site.
- Possibility of holiday call rotation if a holiday falls within the contract period.
- Call schedule and rotation subject to change based on department needs and staffing.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong critical thinking skills and thorough knowledge of central processing and instrumentation required.
- Specialty: Surgical Technologist (Nursing).
- Sub specialties: Ortho Neuro Vascular surgery.
- General certifications required: BLS/BCLS.
