Role: Project Manager M&A/carve-out - Contract Role (Consulting background preferred)
Seniority: Mid and Senior levels
Day rate: Estimated 500-675 Inside IR35
Project duration: 4 months (with likely extension) starting asap
Location: Hybrid 2 days per week on-site in North London the remainder worked remotely

Theyre looking for a Project Manager to support a confidential M&A / separation programme within a major UK supermarket group. The role sits at the centre of a complex carve-out coordinating workstreams managing dependencies and keeping delivery on track through a high-change environment.
