Job Summary
Architect High-End Residential
For over 23 years we have delivered landmark residential projects across the globe.
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our growing international team with
strong technical expertise and experience in luxury residential projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed technical drawing packages with precision (using Revit and
AutoCAd)
Design bespoke joinery kitchens bathrooms and interior architecture details.
Specify fittings and materials.
Coordinate drawings and information with MEP engineers lighting designers
and consultants to integrate services seamlessly
Review shop drawings
Requirements
5years experience as an Architect with a proven track record in high-end
projects preferably residential but hotels as well.
Strong technical skills (AutoCAD Revit Adobe Suite).
Excellent detailing joinery and specification knowledge.
Understanding of MEP and services integration within interior design.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Use of AI tools very advantageous as well
