Job Summary

Customer Service Engineer Job Description

Co-Ordination with Customer for Warranty Handling within set Turnaround Time/
Response time.
Technical knowledge of tyre functioning and other manufacturing and field related
conditions
Co-ordination with Business and Service team for synergy building
Reporting to Regional manager on daily warranty handling and MIS.

Coordinating with Field engineering team for mileage surveys new condition
developments and other warranty related conditions
Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution

Keeping track of Competitive latest policy Product and technology development for
benchmarking.
Conducting Fleet tests and Follow-ups with customers for new development projects.

Develop strong business relationship with Replacement channel and OEM Workshops by
providing excellent and timely Customer Service Support
Conducting Mileage Survey.
Campaign Support Tyre safety and maintenance awareness Customer Connect
programs etc.
Handling team of 3P technical experts and assisting them on real time basis for instant
warranty support to customers and OE customers
Regular meetings with Consumer OE and Farm OE field/ State/ Regional service
leaders for better PR and close working.
