Warehouse & Store Helper - Bhosari Pune (1 Year Exp.)

Responsibilities:

Unload unpack and verify incoming shipments and deliveries against purchase orders.
Efficiently stock shelves displays and storage areas to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Maintain a clean organized and tidy store environment including sweeping mopping dusting and organizing stockrooms.
Greet customers warmly assist them in locating items and provide essential product information.
Support sales staff during peak hours to ensure smooth customer flow and a positive shopping experience.
Assist with setting up promotional displays signage and accurate product labeling.
Perform check and update price tags on shelves to ensure accuracy.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations ensuring aisles are clear and potential hazards are promptly removed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma (12th pass).
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Helper or Store Helper.
Familiarity with inventory management and stock control procedures.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic understanding of safety and compliance regulations in a retail or warehouse environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
