Responsibilities
Legal Advisory - Provide expert legal advice on corporate contractual and regulatory matters
- Draft review and vet contracts policies NDAs MoUs and internal memos
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Monitor updates in legal frameworks and suggest business-aligned changes Compliance & Governance - Ensure companys adherence to applicable laws and internal compliance policies
- Support HR/legal documentation for onboarding disciplinary and termination cases
- Drive regulatory and statutory compliance including labor and IT laws
Company Secretarial - Maintain statutory registers and secretarial
records
- Ensure timely filing with regulatory bodies (e.g. MCA/ROC)
- Coordinate shareholder communications annual filings and audit compliance
