Job Summary

Job Title : Engineer II ( Electronics Embedded )

Experience : 12-18 Years

Location : Navi Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive embedded product development with autonomy reliability and quality focus
Ensure products are manufacturable serviceable and cost-effective
Contribute technical innovations aligned with market needs and emerging trends
Leverage AI tools for design review verification and development efficiency
Identify and implement performance improvements and optimizations
Collaborate with industrialisation manufacturing quality and cross-functional teams
Coordinate with suppliers partners and outsourced development teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and QA frameworks
Maintain SOPs technical documentation and design records
Conduct milestone reviews technical demos and integration activities
Mentor and train core and cross-functional teams
Demonstrate ownership collaboration and commitment during critical milestones

Requisites:

Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical or related field
Strong fundamentals in electronics microcontroller-based embedded systems and communication interfaces
Hands-on experience with electronic components ICs and sensors
Skilled in component selection schematics block diagrams BOMs and documentation
Experience in hardware/firmware design simulation testing and debugging
Proficient in PCB design tools (Eagle Altium etc.)
Expertise in Embedded C programming for optimized and scalable code
Ability to create and execute test plans to validate design performance
