Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain billing invoices accurately and on time

  • Create and manage quotations as per company requirements

  • Handle basic accounting entries using Tally

  • Maintain office records files and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support

  • Assist in day-to-day office administration activities

Requirements:
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in office administration or accounts

  • Basic knowledge of Billing Quotation making and Tally

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Candidate:
  • Candidates residing nearby Alwarpet or able to commute easily

  • Fresh graduates with basic accounting knowledge are welcome
