Ready to take on the challenge
The Role
Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager were looking for a highly motivated person to design and execute a strong demand generation strategy. The goal is to generate demand and nurture leads through a mix of initiatives such as online and in-person events email marketing and other demand-focused activities.
The main focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Italy ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.
This role requires strong cross-team collaboration excellent project management skills and the ability to analyze performance in order to continuously optimize results. As a key member of the Marketing team you will contribute across the entire funnel by creating valuable experiences that turn leads into real opportunities. Youll work closely with Sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Italian market including content creation event planning budget management resource allocation and vendor negotiation.
- Review and provide feedback on marketing materials ensuring alignment with company guidelines (messaging branding booth materials sponsorship assets).
- Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners coordinating joint demand generation initiatives co-marketing activities and events to maximize pipeline impact.
What Were Looking For
- At least 1-2 years of experience in demand generation or marketing with a focus on sales results.
- Strong communication organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Native Italian speaker.
- English is mandatory spanish is optional.
Nice to Have
- Experience or strong interest in B2B tech / SaaS.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a solution-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
