Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative and experienced Product Management Lead Specialist to lead a squad in our Assessments & Certifications portfolio.
This role will lead the development and delivery of new features for a dedicated web application serving a targeted customer segment. The role holder will drive strategic decisions that enhance the digital customer experience to support customers with booking and managing test appointments and purchasing and accessing preparation resources. The role requires close collaboration with UX and development teams working as a unit to scope prioritize and execute solutions that deliver measurable business impact and streamlined customer journeys.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in D2C and B2B product management the education market and an agile can-do mindset balancing attention to detail on user experience with a strong ability to understand technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end development of new features and product increments for dedicated web applications ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.
Analyze customer needs and market trends to define and prioritize product requirements that improve digital experiences and drive sales.
Collaborate daily with UX and development teams to scope solutions resolve obstacles and optimize delivery for customer impact.
Make data-driven decisions about feature prioritization balancing customer value business goals and operational efficiency.
Lead agile ceremonies and quarterly planning to drive team alignment and delivery.
Write and prioritize epics and user stories to ensure the development team is focused on high-impact work.
Champion process improvements and technical upskilling within the team mentoring peers and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Document requirements and outcomes clearly to support cross-functional understanding.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure product solutions meet the needs of both external customers and internal operations.

Ideal Attributes and Qualifications
7 years experience in product management ideally with a focus on digital platforms and customer experience.
Proven track record of leading feature development and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX development operations).
Strong analytical strategic and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience working within agile development teams including writing and prioritising epics and user stories and leading planning activities.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
