Job Summary
Assist the Regional Operations Director / Country Manager in daily operations by managing tasks related to data gathering reporting and brand strategy. This role involves overseeing social media accounts (where applicable) engaging with customers and maintaining marketing campaigns. Additionally responsibilities include organizing the game lobby conducting competitor analysis and verifying high-risk player accounts to ensure compliance and account security.
Tasks
- Assist Regional Ops Director / Country Manager with daily tasks.
- Gather data related to player or specific product activity.
- Assist in preparing reports for further development of the brand strategy.
- Manage social media accounts (where applicable): schedule posts track post engagement and respond to comments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to relevant team.
- Maintain marketing campaigns outside of CRM scope.
- Assist in content writing activity reporting and crediting prizes.
- Pack and send physical or virtual items.
- Assist RFP team in contacting players flagged as high-risk to verify account ownership.
- Lobby organization and game rotation:
- Add new games to relevant categories and organizing the lobby for easy navigation
- Highlight featured games or seasonal promotions
- Monitor game performance and adjusting the rotation based on popularity
- Analyse competitor sites for their promotions game offerings and user experience.
Requirements
- Experience in Casino Operations VIP Affiliate team within iGaming/Online Casino
- Knowledge and experience operating in the local market
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation
- Familiarity with gaming industry trends and competitor analysis
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
