Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects related to the ONE Access Gateway (OAG) and Transaction History Repository (THOR) including migrating these systems to the cloud. This role involves managing project scope timelines and budgets working with various teams and stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery following established methodologies.

Location:Toronto Ontario Canada
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage integrated project plans.
- Forecast monitor and report on project budgets.
- Engage with vendors and stakeholders managing client relationships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Work with architecture standards privacy and security teams to refine requirements.
- Prioritize issues and risks recommending mitigation strategies.
- Manage change effectively during all project stages.
- Ensure go-live readiness including technical configuration and workflow modifications.
- Develop project status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Update and monitor project document repository.
- Manage issues risks and service change requests.
- Ensure projects adhere to governance frameworks and methodologies.
- Manage resource scope budget and schedule for assigned projects.
- Develop project charters and other required artifacts.
- Manage IT RFCs and deployments.
- Provide financial forecasts and track budget variances.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve or escalate issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate project reporting.
- Mentor junior project management resources.
- Manage transition of projects to operational environments.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- University degree in computer science healthcare business or related discipline.
- 10-15 years of direct/indirect related work experience.
- 10 years of experience with Project Management Lifecycle Software Development Lifecycle Agile/Scrum.
- 10 years of experience delivering I&IT projects.
- 10 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project and Project Server.
- Sound knowledge of finance and project cost-accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects under challenging circumstances.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients vendors and stakeholders.
- Superior leadership and communication skills.
- Well-developed analytical and dispute resolution skills.
