YellowSquare is looking for a Square Enthusiast for our hostel in Athens. This isnt your typical 9-to-5: youll be the heart of the guest experience juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar.

What youll do:

Welcoming guests with a smile managing check-ins and handling check-outs;
Serving coffee and drinks chatting with guests and being the life of the party behind the bar;
Promoting hostel events and local Athens experiences to make every stay unforgettable;
Being a proactive problem-solver;
Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth.

What youll bring:

At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception Bartending or Barista);
Team spirit: the ability to collaborate across different departments;
Flexibility: ready to work 5 days a week on a shift schedule (including nights and weekends);
Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
High proficiency in spoken English (Greek or other languages are a huge plus!).
