Training Program and Documentation Lead for Oracle ERP
- years of experience in ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud training and documentation with at least 3 years in lead role specifically related to Oracle ERP systems.
- Proven experience in designing developing and delivering ERP training strategies/programs with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience overseeing and working with a team coordinating large-scale training and documentation initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules and business processes (finance supply chain engineering etc.) preferably Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) eLearning development tools (e.g. Articulate etc.) and virtual training tools and platforms (e.g. Zoom MS Teams WebEx)
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or UPK strongly preferred.
- Experience creating and delivering training for Oracle Fusion modules P2P AP AR R2R GL.
