Job Summary

Training Program and Documentation Lead for Oracle ERP

years of experience in ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud training and documentation with at least 3 years in lead role specifically related to Oracle ERP systems.
Proven experience in designing developing and delivering ERP training strategies/programs with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design. Experience overseeing and working with a team coordinating large-scale training and documentation initiatives
In-depth knowledge of ERP modules and business processes (finance supply chain engineering etc.) preferably Oracle Cloud.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) eLearning development tools (e.g. Articulate etc.) and virtual training tools and platforms (e.g. Zoom MS Teams WebEx)
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) or UPK strongly preferred.
Experience creating and delivering training for Oracle Fusion modules P2P AP AR R2R GL.

    - Already have a strategy/plan-- run with it can change up the plan if needed
    - Experience training logistically spread out companies
  - Soft skills:
    - Need to be able to conceptualize and look at big picture

      - Operational end users office assistants GMs Location Managers people managers/support services-- finance teams Is the first phase supply chain anyone who purchases AP/AR
        
        Could go in October here
    - Virtual sessions for all operations people starting in February
      - Could hand over the keys to the kingdom- but need someone who has done this before
