Job Title: Pega Business Analyst
Location: Trenton NJ (Hybrid 2 days onsite 3 days remote)

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on PEGA projects focusing on converting business requirements process flows use cases and integration documents into functional applications. The role involves liaising between business users stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between business and technology teams translating requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to gather user stories and define business requirements.
- Work with Technology teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Participate in Agile sprints backlog reviews and sprint planning activities.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation user stories test cases and training materials.
- Ensure solution acceptance criteria are defined and assist in software testing.
- Assist with customer success teams and provide support as needed.
- Conduct process and product training create wireframes and publish software release notes.
Required Experience:
- 6 years as a Business Analyst.
- 4 years as a Pega Business Architect.
- 4 years in business analysis use case development and managing software functional requirements through the SDLC.
- Experience in Agile environments and deploying enterprise-level software solutions.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in documentation of requirements test cases and training materials.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in organizations that develop and deliver software to customers.
- IT technical background.
