Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Windows O365 AD End-User Devices)
Location: Milledgeville GA (Hybrid - Local to Milledgeville area)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities - Install configure and support workstation software hardware printers and phones
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for desktops laptops and mobile computing devices
- Analyze staff IT needs identify vulnerabilities and improve system efficiency and accuracy
- Perform system and network design documentation implementation testing and administration
- Ensure all IT components function together seamlessly and meet business needs
- Implement application and software upgrades and resolve performance issues
- Train employees on the effective use of software and hardware tools
- Support and maintain Active Directory environments
Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 VPNs Adobe products McAfee LogMeIn encryption tools and related technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot computer peripheral devices including printers scanners monitors keyboards mice and other accessories
- Experience supporting end-user computing devices such as desktops laptops and Surface devices
- Hands-on experience working in an Active Directory domain environment
- Proficient in software installation configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot network issues using command-line tools
Preferred Attributes - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Passion for learning new technologies and improving IT processes
Key Objectives - Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems security tools applications servers email systems and end-user devices
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and support continuous system improvements
- Enable faster smarter business processes and employee productivity
- Research evaluate and recommend emerging technologies hardware and software
- Serve as a subject-matter expert supporting Windows environments and commonly used applications such as Microsoft and Adobe
