Job Summary

InfraHire is looking for a Solid Surface Fabricatr in Baton Rouge LA.

Job Description:

The Solid Surface Fabricator is responsible for fabricating solid surface materials by reading and interpreting drawings/plans performing accurate measurements cutting/shaping materials assembling components and producing high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings/plans to execute projects accurately.
Measure precisely and verify dimensions to ensure correct fabrication and fit.
Cut shape and assemble solid surface materials according to plans/specs.
Produce high-quality finishes through proper cutting sanding and finishing methods.
Operate shop tools and equipment (routers saws sanders polishers etc.).
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work area.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

Required (or strongly expected):

Basic carpentry skills (training provided for solid surface specifics).
Experience with carpentry/woodworking/assembly and cutting sanding finishing.
Ability to read drawings for accurate project execution.
Comfortable using tools/machinery such as routers saws sanders polishers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Problem-solving ability and teamwork mindset.

Preferred:

Prior experience in carpentry cabinetry or solid surface countertop fabrication.
High school diploma or equivalent.
